Come and speak to the SU's independent advisor for any academic questions you might have! We also offer both in-person and online appointments throughout the year.
We know that university life can be challenging at times, and it’s not always easy to know where to turn. That’s where we come in; we’ll listen, help you explore your options, and make sure you understand the processes and policies that affect you. We’re separate from the University, which means you can always rely on us for independent, student-centred advice.
Our advisor is here to support you with academic issues, including mitigating circumstances, academic misconduct, complaints and appeals, problems with your course, and termination of student status. We also offer guidance for international students, student parents and carers, and disabled students.
