The Book Swap event invites students to bring one or more books they have already read and exchange them for different ones. Participants can place their books on the swap table, browse the collection shared by others, and choose new titles to take home. The event creates a relaxed and welcoming environment where students can discover new authors, genres, and perspectives.
This event is organised in collaboration with the Literacy Society and will take place in the SU Building hallway on campus, making it easily accessible for students to stop by, explore books, and engage with fellow readers.
In addition to exchanging books, participants will have the opportunity to share recommendations, talk about their favourite reads, and connect with other book lovers within the university community. The event also promotes sustainability by encouraging the reuse and circulation of books, giving them a new life with different readers. ?
