An informal gathering for students to meet and get acquainted with their academic mentors and liaison librarians, who will support them throughout their academic journey.
Most subject areas have an academic mentor who can help you with your assessments, so you can:
- Understand what's required
- Find the right resources
- Develop confidence and skills
- Receive feedback
You can also see your librarian for guidance on course resources, as well as finding and using information for your studies and assessment. As your Librarian, they can help you with finding and referencing resources, and signposting other university services.
