Join us for an engaging and thought-provoking Reflection Club session exploring how our own food choices, health behaviours, beliefs, and lived experiences can influence professional practice in nutrition and dietetics.
This interactive session, led by Douglas Twenefour, will provide a supportive space for students to reflect on personal perspectives, recognise potential biases, and consider how self-awareness can enhance person-centred care. Through guided discussion and practical reflection activities, participants will develop greater insight into maintaining professionalism, empathy, and evidence-based decision-making in clinical and coaching settings.
This is a valuable opportunity to strengthen reflective practice skills, share experiences with peers, and build confidence in delivering inclusive, non-judgemental nutrition support.
✨ Open to all students interested in nutrition, dietetics, and food science.
