Our LGBTQ+ community
Here at London Met, we are dedicated to ensuring equal opportunities for all, including those who identify as lesbian, gay, bi, trans, queer, and other sexual orientations.
The LGBTQ+ Society aims to bring together our community.
This society creates spaces for LGBTQ+ identifying people to come together, share experiences and resources, organise fun as well as educational and awareness-raising activities, and further to celebrate queer culture and history.
The LGBTQ+ Society at London Met represents the needs of our LGBTQ+ students by collaborating with London Met SU to improve the university experience of LGBTQIA+ students through welfare and awareness campaigns on campus as well as by organising a range of great events. Working on making the curriculum queer and educating on normalising sexual orientation its diverseness and opportunity and respect for and towards every individual.

We are open to suggestions on events and activities that our society members would like to participate in. Please "buy" your membership (It is free) for our society here by clicking on "Add to basket" and signing in with your student email.

We are open nominations for our Annual Elections.
Note only members and LGBTQ+ identifying enrolled students are eligible to nominate themselves.
Nominations open 20th of May and close 27th of May
Election opens 28th of May and closes 2nd of June.
